Program description
The Savant Lamant Network Alert Program sends automated transactional text-message notifications to the owner and operator of Savant Lamant when a visitor submits the networking form at savantlamant.com. The program is not a consumer marketing subscription. Website visitors do not receive SMS messages merely because they submit the form.
Consent
The sole SMS recipient directly requested and verbally consented to receive these operational alerts at a verified mobile number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to website form activity. Message and data rates may apply under the recipient's mobile plan.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop future text messages. After an opt-out request, one final confirmation message may be sent. No additional messages will be sent unless the recipient later provides new consent.

Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on network availability and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Information is handled according to the Savant Lamant Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the messaging program changes. The current version and effective date will remain posted on this page.
